Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily showroom sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers in selecting home furnishing products such as curtains, blinds, upholstery, flooring, wallpapers, and mattresses.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and customer leads to maximize conversions.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide market feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management (home furnishing/interior industry preferred).
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Target-oriented with good negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
