Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Monitor production schedules, output targets, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

Manage and lead production teams, including supervisors, operators, and support staff.

Coordinate with design, procurement, maintenance, quality, and logistics departments.

Implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase productivity, and minimize waste.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Monitor machine performance, maintenance schedules, and production equipment availability.

Analyze production reports, KPIs,



and operational data to support decision-making.

Handle workforce planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

8-12+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, or production management.

Solid knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality management systems.

Experience managing large production teams and achieving production targets.

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
