About V Green Media

V Green Media is a Hyderabad-based full-service advertising and branding agency established in 2007. We work across print, radio, events, social media, and out-of-home advertising, and have delivered 800+ projects for 500+ clients with the support of a 100+ associate network. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.

Role Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will drive new business, pitch our advertising and branding services to prospective clients, and manage key accounts once they are onboarded. This is a client-facing sales and client servicing role suited to someone who is confident, persuasive, and comfortable owning targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, field sales, and networking across Hyderabad
- Drive client acquisition by pitching V Green Media's advertising, branding, and media services to prospective clients




- Understand client requirements and propose the right mix of print, radio, events, social media, and out-of-home solutions
- Handle the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closure
- Manage and grow key accounts through regular client servicing and client relationship management
- Act as the point of contact between clients and internal creative and operations teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipeline, and client interactions

Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, media sales, or client servicing, preferably in an advertising agency, media, or branding environment
- Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and present relevant solutions
