We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our Nagpur office. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain records and follow-up trackers in Excel/Google Sheets
- Handle basic data entry, MIS reports, and admin support tasks

Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good Excel knowledge required
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred
