About the role:
As a Senior Automation Testerin the Donor Engagement Platform (DEP) space within the Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT) business unit, you will play a critical role in driving quality assurance initiatives and ensuring software products adhere to the highest standards and business requirements. In addition to hands-on testing responsibilities, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA team members,



helping establish robust testing methodologies, best practices, and standard operating procedures.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including development, product, business, and infrastructure teams to design, review, and execute comprehensive testing strategies covering functional, non-functional, integration, performance, and negative test scenarios across DEP systems.

By leading the planning, execution, coordination, and reporting of testing activities, this role directly contributes to PDT’s ability to harness data effectively, improve decision-making capabilities, and maintain a competitive advantage in the market. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and modern testing methodologies to help Takeda drive innovation, scale quality engineering practices, and continuously evolve in an ever-changing business and technology landscape.
