Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing channels
- Manage the complete lead conversion process from enquiry to final admission/sale
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas
- Conduct field visits, promotional activities, and local marketing campaigns
- Build partnerships with schools, institutions, organizations, and local communities
- Plan and execute campaigns for increasing brand awareness
- Coordinate with sales and digital marketing teams for better results
- Analyze marketing performance and prepare reports
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Manage customer feedback and improve conversion strategies
- Meet monthly targets for leads, conversions, and revenue growth





Field Marketing Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients, partners, and target locations
- Promote products/services through direct interaction
- Organize seminars, events, awareness programs, and promotional activities
- Build a strong local network for business development

Required Skills:
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Experience in lead generation and customer handling
- Ability to achieve targets under deadlines
- Valuable presentation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage
- Willingness to travel for field work

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in marketing, business development, sales, or education sector preferred
- Experience in handling teams and campaigns will be an advantage
