Position: Civil Engineer

Experience: 3-8 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
Salary: -35k-40k
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and site teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of work.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with the purchase department.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain proper documentation.
- Verify measurements and prepare contractor bills as per executed work.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction activities.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and quantity surveying.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
