- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core /.NET:
- Solid knowledge of C#, EF & EF Core Queries:
- Experience working with large datasets (millions of rows) and performance optimization
- Knowledge of query optimization, indexing, and database performance tuning:
- Hands-on experience with Redis Cache:
- Experience with Elasticsearch for search and data indexing
- Good understanding of Dependency Injection& Design Patterns:
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, jQuery, Javascript and Css Frameworks(Tailwind and Bootstrap)
- Experience working with Razor Views and Partial Views (.cshtml):
- Ability to structure and optimize complex UI with partial views
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and libraries:
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

-- AI & Modern Development Skills (Important)




- Ability to use AI tools for smart development and productivity improvement:
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Codex,Claude, AI-based debugging tools, etc.)
- Ability to optimize development workflow using modern automation tools
- Understanding of how to leverage AI for faster prototyping, refactoring, and code optimization
- Willingness to adopt new technologies and modern development practices
