Role: Customer Support Executive

As part of our energetic support team, you’ll be the voice of Nutridocs — assisting customers, solving queries, and ensuring they receive a seamless and delightful experience throughout their wellness transformation.

What You’ll Do
- Guide customers about our plans, products, and nutrition services




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication
- Build trustworthy relationships by providing the right information at the right time

Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Customer-first attitude & problem-solving mindset
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple queries
- Prior experience in customer service (healthcare/wellness domain preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency & CRM knowledge is a plus

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
