Job Responsibility:

The Accounts Manager will oversee plant and corporate accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and strict compliance with manufacturing tax regulations. This role requires deep expertise in product costing, inventory valuation, and SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities
- SAP Financial Management: Oversee the SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules, ensuring correct data flow, general ledger integrity, and accurate financial reporting.
- Product Costing & Inventory: Manage standard costing for plastic resins, polymers, and colorants. Monitor Bill of Materials (BOM) variances, scrap, and WIP.
- Plant Accounting: Supervise fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules for injection/blow molding machinery, and Capex capitalization.
- Taxation & Compliance: Handle manufacturing-specific compliance, including GST on manufacturing goods, e-way bills, TDS, and corporate tax filings.




- Audit & Closure: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures. Standardise audit trails for smooth internal and statutory audits.
- Working Capital & Treasury: Monitor cash flows, manage vendor payment cycles for raw materials, and oversee accounts receivable from B2B clients.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA inter
- Experience: 7-15 years of post-qualification experience specifically in a manufacturing setup.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, advanced MS Excel, and strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
