Project Delivery Executive - Solar PV (Residential & Commercial)

Experience:
2-3 Years (Minimum 1 years in Solar Project Execution / Electrical Projects preferred)

Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end execution and timely delivery of rooftop solar projects (Residential & Commercial), ensuring quality installation, coordination with internal teams, and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete project execution from order confirmation to final commissioning
- Coordinate with sales team for project handover and requirement understanding
- Conduct or manage site survey and feasibility analysis
- Plan project timelines, material requirements, and manpower allocation
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability
- Supervise installation team (electricians, fitters) at site
- Ensure proper installation as per design and safety standards
- Coordinate with design team for drawings (SLD, layout, etc.)
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion




- Handle client communication and provide project updates
- Manage site-related issues and resolve execution challenges
- Coordinate with Liaison Officer for net metering and approvals
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and handover of system

Technical Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of Solar PV systems (On-grid / Off-grid / Hybrid)
- Knowledge of system components (Modules, Inverter, Structure, BOS)
- Understanding of electrical wiring (AC/DC), earthing, and protection
- Familiarity with installation standards and safety practices
- Positive understanding of Net Metering, Net Billing, and Gross Metering processes along with
- DISCOM procedures and approvals
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings (SLD, layout)

Tools & Software:
- MS Excel (Project tracking, planning)
- AutoCAD (Basic understanding preferred)
- Project tracking tools / CRM (if used)
