Role Purpose:
Fully responsible for sales at an assigned project site — site visits, negotiation, closing — and guides the Jr. Sales Executive on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle site visits and present the project to customers
- Negotiate and close bookings
- Coach and supervise the Jr. Sales Executive at the same site
- Keep site inventory/unit availability updated
- Update the CRM daily
Required Skills:
Robust closing skills, real estate sales experience, comfortable working independently at a site with a small team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
