Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in BI solution architecture and development.
- Proven, hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions using:
- Power BI (visualization, DAX, Power Query)
- Semantic modeling and data modeling techniques
- PL/SQL and relational databases
- Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines
- Robust understanding of data governance, RBAC, and performance/cost tuning on Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD for BI workloads using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing onshore/offshore delivery models.
