Key Responsibilities
- Create customer bookings in the eFreight system.
- Create Job Files for Import, Export, Air, and Sea shipments.
- Enter Sales and Purchase invoices in the system.
- Update shipment details, customer information, and vendor details.
- Verify data accuracy before saving records.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Accounts teams for missing or incorrect information.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely data entry.
- Generate basic reports as required by the management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and data accuracy standards.Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.




- Basic understanding of freight forwarding/logistics will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
- Experience with eFreight or any Freight Forwarding ERP will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
