Key Result Areas (KRAs) - Dispatch Executive
1. Dispatch Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute daily dispatches as per delivery schedule.
- Ensure all consignments are dispatched on time.
- Prioritize urgent and client-critical shipments.

2. Order Accuracy
- Verify quantity, specifications, and packing before dispatch.
- Ensure dispatches match the approved Delivery Challan (DC) and invoice.

3. Logistics & Transport Management
- Arrange transport through approved vendors.
- Negotiate where applicable for cost-effective transportation.

Track shipments until delivery.

4. Packing & Material Safety
- Ensure proper packaging to prevent transit damage.
- Verify labeling and shipment markings.

5. Client & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Client Servicing, Project Team, Installation Team, and Logistics.
- Share dispatch details and tracking information promptly.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
