Customer Care Executive

Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities
- Attend and answer daily customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints, returns, replacements, and order-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up until closure.
- Provide excellent customer service with clear and effective communication.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Meet daily response and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Care or E-commerce Support.




- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati preferred).
- Ability to handle all types of customers calmly and professionally.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Salary

₹14,000 - ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
