Manage complete factory operations and daily production activities.
- Ensure all production teams and factory employees perform their duties efficiently.
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved on time.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding order priorities, customer commitments, and dispatch planning.
- Ensure same-day dispatch orders are completed and dispatched on the committed date without delays.:
- Monitor production progress and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain smooth factory operations.
- Ensure proper coordination between production, quality, dispatch, and sales departments.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce accountability.
- Monitor quality standards and minimize rework and rejection.
- Ensure productive utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Prepare and share production and operational reports with management.
