Job Title : Business Development Executive

Job summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Promote staffing and recruitment services tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and service alignment.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to expand market reach.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in staffing or recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).




- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Other Information
- Understanding of the US recruitment and staffing landscape.
- Experience with B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.

- Fixed Salary (Based on Interview and Experience)

Variable Incentive Benefit

Employees will receive a fixed monthly salary along with a variable incentive component. The variable incentive is performance-linked and will be disbursed as per the company's approved incentive policy. Eligibility and payout will depend on meeting predefined performance metrics, monthly/quarterly targets, and overall contribution to the team and organization.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
