Role description:
- Forcepoint DLP & Web Security Administration
- Design, implement, and manage Forcepoint DLP and Web Security (Proxy) solutions.
- Configure and maintain web filtering, URL categorization, and proxy access policies.
- Implement secure web access controls for on-premises, remote, and cloud users.
Data Protection & Policy Management
- Define and enforce DLP policies to protect:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Financial data
- Confidential and sensitive organizational data
- Implement data classification, fingerprinting, and content inspection techniques.
- Perform tuning and optimization of DLP rules to minimize false positives and false negatives.
Monitoring & Incident Management
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to DLP incidents and web security s.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex security and proxy-related issues.
- Provide L3 support and technical escalation handling.
Integration & Security Operations
- Integrate Forcepoint solutions with:
- Active Directory / LDAP
- SIEM / SOAR platforms
- Endpoint security solutions
- Collaborate closely with Security, SOC, Network, and Infrastructure teams.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards such as:
- ISO 27001
- GDPR
- Organizational security policies
- Support audit requirements by generating reports, logs, and evidence documentation.
- Conduct periodic reviews of:
- DLP incidents
- Web usage trends
- Policy effectiveness
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain security documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the organization’s data protection and web security posture.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Forcepoint DLP
- Forcepoint Web Security / Proxy
- Knowledge of:
- Data classification and content inspection
- Web filtering and URL categorization
- Proxy security architecture
