Design & Drafting: Develop detailed architectural drawings, schematics, and floor plans using CAD and BIM software.
- Model Building: Create physical scale models and digital 3D renderings to help visualize design concepts.
- Project Documentation: Assist senior staff in preparing construction documents, material schedules, and project specifications.
- Site & Field Work: Conduct site visits to document existing conditions, verify measurements, and assist in monitoring construction progress.
- Code & Zoning Research: Research local building codes, zoning regulations, and zoning bylaws to ensure designs meet compliance.
- Client & Consultant Coordination: Attend client meetings to help gather requirements and coordinate with structural or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
