Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Start, monitor, and shut down pouch-making or Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machines.
- Setup & Adjustments: Calibrate machinery for various pouch formats (e.g., stand-up, zipper, spouted, or 3-side seal pouches).
- Quality Control: Inspect seals, zipper alignment, and print accuracy to prevent leaks and defective packaging.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.
- Record Keeping: Log production output, machine settings, and material usage into company databases or logbooks.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety, health, and Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Typical Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma, ITI (Fitter/Electrician),



or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in flexible packaging, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Ability to handle laminated films, read technical manuals, and perform basic mechanical repairs.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, lift heavy packaging rolls, and work in varied factory temperatures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
