Internship Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through digital and offline channels.
- Customer Research: Understand what drives customer decisions and assist in improving engagement strategies.
- Agency Coordination: Help identify and communicate with external marketing/sales agencies.
- Campaign Tracking: Monitor marketing campaign performance, track incoming leads, and evaluate agency outputs.
- On-Site Market Research: Visit project sites to gather insights on customer preferences, competition, and local demand.
- Digital Presence Support: Contribute to building and managing the company’s online presence (social media, property listings, etc.).
- Client Interaction: Assist in basic client communications and negotiations under supervision.
