Job Title: Site Senior Engineer O&M;
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site operations and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize site performance
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
Work Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in site engineering and maintenance
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in project management is a plus
