Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Meet architects, builders, corporate clients, retail brands, and business owners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable signage solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
- Develop new markets and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before and after project completion.

Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in the Signage Industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales.




- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Good knowledge of signage products including ACP Cladding, LED Sign Boards, Acrylic Signage, SS Letter Signage, Pylon Signs, Reception Branding, and Digital Signage.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide the right branding solutions.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent client handling abilities.
- Professional personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary: Best in the Industry (Based on Experience + Incentives)

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
