- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain solid client relationships.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management to improve sales performance.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and successful closure of sales opportunities. ### Requirements
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of sales experience.
- Prior experience as a Team Lead or in managing a sales team is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must own a bike for field visits.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
