Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - B2B to drive bulk sales and develop business with wholesalers, distributors and other B2B Network. The role involves market visits, client acquisition, deal closure, and relationship management.

Job Profile -

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating consistent bulk orders from the market
- Develop new B2B customers including distributors, wholesalers, HoReCa, and institutional buyers
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients to ensure continuous business opportunities
- Convert maximum qualified leads into confirmed business through regular follow-ups and negotiation
- Ensure repeat orders from existing clients by maintaining strong relationships and service levels
- Increase revenue contribution from key accounts by expanding product range and order size
- Maintain a healthy average order value to improve overall sales productivity
- Ensure timely collection of payments and minimize overdue outstanding
- Maintain credit discipline and control exposure as per company policy




- Expand market reach by identifying and developing recent areas and business segments
- Appoint and activate distributors to strengthen the distribution network
- Conduct regular market visits to maintain strong customer engagement and visibility
- Track competitor pricing, product offerings, and market trends
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and performance
- Ensure profitability in sales by maintaining required margins and avoiding low-margin deals
