- Marketing Automation & Customer Journey: You will further develop our marketing automation, optimize the digital customer journey and ensure that data and processes interact smoothly across departmental boundaries.
- Systems & Workflows: You connect different systems and develop automated workflows – in close collaboration with our IT and external partners.
- Analysis & Reporting: You analyze data with tracking tools, derive insights from them and independently develop dashboards and key figures that make our marketing measurably more successful.
- Innovation & AI: You are interested in artificial intelligence and keen to actively integrate innovative technologies into our marketing processes.
- Digital marketing: You support the implementation and maintenance of our digital marketing measures – from our website to campaigns and digital events.

- Completed studies or training in IT, marketing, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
- High digital affinity and ideally first experiences with CRM systems (ideally Concrete 5), marketing automation as well as basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.




- Interest in automation and digital processes; confident handling of databases (SQL) and very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Analytical thinking, structured way of working and a valuable sense of strategic connections
- You are a doer with a clear view of the essentials – pragmatic, solution-oriented and full of drive.
- You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team and quickly build a strong network within the company.
