Description
As a Relationship Manager - Banca, you will play a crucial role in our Bancassurance department. Your primary objective is to enhance customer relationships and boost sales of general insurance products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across various branches and contribute to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable insurance solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest insurance products and market trends to provide accurate advice to customers.
- Collaborate with the Banca team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional insurance products to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data for reporting purposes.




- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Travel to different branches as required to support sales activities and build a strong branch network.

Qualifications

- A graduate degree is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in general insurance product sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse customer base.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for sales and customer relationship management.
- Willingness to travel and work across different branches as needed.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach to work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Must have TW and Valid DL
