Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Reinforcement Detailer / Draughtsman who can support reinforcement detailing workflows and future automation initiatives. The role involves developing accurate 3D reinforcement models, preparing detailed reinforcement drawings and schedules, and contributing to standardized workflows that can support AI-based reinforcement generation in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create 3D reinforcement models in Revit or Allplan for RC elements

- Prepare reinforcement detailing drawings, sections, callouts, and bar bending schedules (BBS)

- Interpret structural drawings and convert engineering intent into practical reinforcement placement

- Handle detailing scenarios including openings, laps, hooks, covers, starter bars, embeds, and congestion zones

- Review constructability and practicality of reinforcement layouts





- Identify detailing conflicts, missing inputs, and coordination issues

- Support workflow standardization and automation initiatives

- Document reinforcement detailing logic and best practices

- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams for workflow improvements

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in reinforcement detailing and rebar modeling

- Hands-on experience with Revit or Allplan

- Experience in 3D reinforcement modeling for RC elements, especially walls

- Ability to prepare detailed 2D reinforcement drawings and schedules

- Strong understanding of structural and reinforcement detailing concepts

- Good knowledge of constructability and site-friendly detailing practices

- Understanding of:

- Cover

- Spacing

- Lap lengths

- Hook lengths

- Bend radius

- Anchorage

- Edge reinforcement

- Opening reinforcement

- Mesh / face reinforcement

- Starter bars and connection zones

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in precast wall detailing

- Experience in shop drawing production

- Familiarity with rebar shape codes and scheduling standards

- Interest in workflow automation and AI-driven detailing processes

- Ability to identify edge cases and detailing inconsistencies

Eligibility / Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
