Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect (Frontend – ReactJS) to join our growing team , a global MNC with a strong presence across the USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and India. In this role, you will lead the architectural design and development of scalable and high-performance React-based applications, driving innovation and ensuring best practices in frontend engineering. You will act as a mentor and technical leader, ensuring projects meet high standards of performance, maintainability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Lead architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance React applications.
- Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement





- Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and technologies in frontend development.
- Drive adoption of modern frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design patterns.

Required Skills & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: 10+ years in software development with strong expertise in frontend technologies.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in complex React-based projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with:

> - Languages & Frameworks: ReactJS, NextJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
> - State Management: Redux, MobX, Context API
> - Testing Tools: Jest, Mocha, Cypress
> - Build & Package Tools: Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn

- Robust knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).

- Certifications in frontend technologies or cloud platforms are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven experience in enterprise-scale applications.
- Prior exposure to global client environments and distributed teams.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams of frontend engineers.
