About
the Role
We are
seeking a highly experienced and motivated Python Lead Developer to join
our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python
development, architecture design, and team leadership. In addition to core
backend development, the role involves working on AI -driven solutions,
including integration with LLMs, Transformer -based models, and
Retrieval -Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. You will be responsible for
leading a team of developers, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring high -quality
code delivery.
Key
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Python developers across multiple
projects
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and
high -performance backend systems
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams including product managers,
QA, DevOps, and AI/ML engineers
- Design and implement components for AI applications using LLMs,
RAG, and Transformer -based architectures
- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding
standards
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Stay
updated with the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and AI/ML trends
Requirements
Technical
Skills Required
- Expert -level proficiency in Python (including frameworks
like Django, Flask,
FastAPI)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture,
and asynchronous programming
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test -driven
development (TDD)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile
methodologies
- Exposure to Machine Learning workflows and libraries (e.g.,
scikit -learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Understanding of Transformer Architecture and its application in
NLP tasks
- Experience integrating or building LLM -based solutions (e.g.,
OpenAI, Hugging Face models)
- Familiarity with Retrieval -Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and
vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
