Digiwagon is building AI-powered,
data-driven digital products that help enterprises scale faster and operate
smarter. We are looking for a Python Developer who enjoys solving
real-world problems, building scalable backend systems, and working with modern
cloud-native architectures.

In this role, you will design and develop robust
Python services, REST APIs, and data pipelines that power AI-enabled
applications, analytics platforms, and enterprise solutions. You will
collaborate closely with product, frontend, data, and DevOps teams to deliver secure,
high-performance, and scalable systems.

Requirements

- Strong
proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in backend frameworks
such as Django/Django REST Framework, Flask, or FastAPI, including REST
API design and HTTP fundamentals

- Experience
working with databases and data layers, including SQL databases
(PostgreSQL/MySQL), exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB), and ORMs like Django ORM or
SQLAlchemy

- Knowledge
of secure backend development, including authentication, authorization,
API security, and best coding practices

- Experience
with code quality and collaboration tools, including Git-based
workflows, unit testing (pytest/unittest), and clean, maintainable code
practices

- Understanding of asynchronous
programming, Linux/Unix environments, and debugging production issues with
effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

- Exposure
to data engineering concepts, such as data extraction, ETL/live data
pipelines, data warehouses, and data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy)

- Experience
or familiarity with cloud-native deployment, including cloud platforms
(AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring





- Understanding
of distributed systems, including microservices architecture and message
queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)

- Analytical
mindset with robust problem-solving, planning, communication, and team
collaboration skills

- Exposure
to AI/ML workflows, automation scripts, or data-driven systems is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based
backend services aligned with product and business requirements

- Build
and optimize RESTful APIs for performance and scalability

- Implement secure authentication
and authorization mechanisms

- Contribute
code using GitHub workflows, including pull requests, branching
strategies, and peer reviews

- Develop and support data
pipelines, integrations, and backend processing services

- Optimize
system performance, reliability, and scalability

- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features

- Participate
in code reviews and follow best engineering practices

- Troubleshoot,
debug, and resolve production issues effectively

- Support
deployment and monitoring of cloud-hosted applications
