- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry-based training sessions, workshops, and seminars in colleges and institutes.
- Deliver practical knowledge, case studies, and real-world industry insights to students.
- Design and update training content based on current industry trends.
- Guide students on career opportunities, employability skills, and industry expectations.




- Conduct interactive sessions on emerging technologies, workplace skills, and professional development.
- Assess student participation and provide feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with academic institutions to schedule training programs and workshops.
- Support placement readiness activities such as mock interviews, resume building, and aptitude sessions.

- Requirements

Required Qualifications

- 3-4 years of industry experience in the respective domain.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or conducting workshops is preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
