Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
- Promote domestic and international tour packages.

Client Relationship Management
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and escalations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct sales meetings and performance reviews.

Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze tourism market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging travel destinations and customer preferences.
- Recommend new products and promotional campaigns.

Revenue & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Monitor sales KPIs and revenue performance.




- Ensure profitability of tour packages and services.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in travel and tourism sales.
- Experience in team handling and business development.
