Read Blueprints: Interpret complex CAD drawings and specifications to understand die and mold assemblies.
- Precision Fitting: Fit inserts, sub-inserts, guide pillars, ejector pins, and slides into core and cavity housings.
- Matching & Alignment: Perform parting line blue-matching and check for clearances, cutting angles, and shut-off faces.
- Operate conventional tool room machines like lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and drill presses to shape die components.
- File, grind, stone, and polish metal surfaces to achieve required tolerances and micro-finishes.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspect for wear/damage, and repair broken dies and molds.
- Test completed molds and dies by running trial pieces or sampling to ensure quality production.
- Troubleshoot issues during press runs or molding cycles.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
