Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging reels, videos, graphics, and promotional posts.
- Coordinate video shoots, student success stories, testimonials, and brand campaigns.




- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative content ideas.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and counselling teams to execute campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital channels.

Requirements:
- MBA (preferred) with a specialization in Marketing or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong personality with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
