ALN FINSERV is looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer calls related to loan products and providing them with the right information and support.

Provided Loans

-Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- Home Loans
- Vehicle Loans
- Mortigage loans

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend inbound customer calls

regarding loan inquiries
- Explain loan products and services

Clearly to customers
- Address customer doubts and queries and provide accurate information
- Guide customers through the loan process and requirements
- Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful attitude on every call




- Update call records and customer details in the system

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English/Telugu/Hindi
- Confident speaking and ability to handle customer questions
- Basic computer knowledge
