Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.:
- Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.:
- Schedule and conduct property site visits for customers.:
- Present residential and commercial projects to potential buyers.:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.:
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.:
- Negotiate pricing and finalize property transactions.:
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal closure.:
- Maintain customer records and update CRM with daily activities.:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
