Job Title: Operations Manager - Pilates

Location: South Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)

Compensation: Rs.50,000 - Rs. 70,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pilates studio.
- Manage class schedules and ensure smooth studio operations.
- Conduct instructor onboarding, training, and continuous skill development programs.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard Pilates instructors and trainers.
- Monitor trainer performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Coordinate with management to optimize studio efficiency, staffing, and class utilization.
- Ensure a premium client experience by maintaining operational excellence.
- Implement and monitor operational processes and best practices across the studio.

Preferred Background
- 8+ years of experience in fitness, Pilates,



or wellness operations.
- Prior experience with Cult.fit, Anytime Fitness, Pilates studios, or similar fitness brands is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Pilates training methodologies and studio operations.
- Experience in team management, trainer development, and recruitment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations or teams is an added advantage.
