Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer leads and follow-ups
- Maintain customer records and CRM data
- Assist in admissions/sales conversions
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
