Position:Sales Coordinator
Location: Chinarpark West Bengal

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Vendor & Inquiry Management: Coordinate directly with vendors regarding current product inquiries, stock availability, and logistics.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with incoming leads or walk-in customers, giving clear and accurate product demonstrations/explanations.
- After-Sales Support:Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, tracking complaints, and ensuring efficient after-sales service.
- Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales data, vendor correspondence, and customer feedback reports.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operational workflow.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
