About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with doctors regarding schedules, onboarding, and operational support.
- Ensure excellent patient experience through effective customer service.
- Generate revenue by improving patient engagement and clinic performance.
- Manage clinic infrastructure, staff coordination, and administrative activities.
- Handle patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR/EHR systems.
- Assist with insurance claim processing and medical billing.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly.




- Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with clinic policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinic administration or sales in a multi-specialty clinic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in clinic revenue generation and infrastructure management.
- Experience in doctor onboarding and coordination.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR software.
- Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance claim processing.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare workplace.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- A strong network within the Kolkata medical fraternity will be an added advantage.
