About the Role

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and create engaging content, including photos, reels, stories, and promotional posts.
- Design marketing materials, posters, menus, and social media graphics.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos for promotions and events.
- Develop creative content ideas to increase customer engagement.
- Schedule and publish content regularly.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest design, social media, and AI trends.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Proficiency in Canva for quick and creative designs.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools for design, image generation, video editing, and content creation.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook,



and other social media platforms.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage brand.
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media campaigns, and video editing work.
- Basic knowledge of branding and digital marketing.
