- Should be able to resolve labour conflicts
- Should be able to work extra hours if required
- Should work on Sunday if possible
- Should be able to take measurements on site
- Should be able to maintain track records for materials in & out
- Should have proper knowledge of fittings & material
- Should able to take site clearance from client

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Site coordination and supervision skills
- Knowledge of safety practices and quality control
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution on-site
- AutoCAD / Revit (basic level) preferred
- Good communication and leadership

Educational Qualification:
- D. Mech / B. E Mech /Dip.in Fire Safety Management.

Work Experience: 0 -2 yrs

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
