Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Monitor and supervise day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth workflow and efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and production records.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and timely completion of assigned work.
- Follow and enforce safety procedures, housekeeping (5S), and company policies on the shop floor.
- Assist in identifying production issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper discipline and attendance of shop floor employees.




- Basic knowledge of fabrication/manufacturing processes and production planning will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle production-related responsibilities effectively.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
