We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Counselor to handle client consultations, drive sales conversions, and contribute to business growth in the Skin Care & Wellness segment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face client consultations and recommend suitable services/packages.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Handle client queries, objections, and ensure high conversion rates.

Maintain follow-ups with leads and existing clients.

Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff for smooth service delivery.

Maintain client records and daily sales reports.

Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Sales / Counselling, preferably in Wellness,



Skin Care, or Healthcare industry.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.

Willing to undergo 5-7 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.

Ready to relocate in Ahmedabad after training.

Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.

Timing-9:30 AM to 7 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
