Salary

₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in admission counselling, telesales, or education consulting preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding UG, PG, MBA, Online, and Distance Education programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.




- Build long-term relationships with students through regular follow-ups.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Make call to students, teachers and consultant
- Give give demo to teacher regarding our product
- Have to do Teacher & Student counselling.
- Do Lead follow-ups
- Monthly enrolment target: As assigned by the management.
- Timely CRM updates and accurate documentation.

Pay: ₹11,061.20 - ₹25,466.87 per month
