About the Role

The Business Development Executive
- Tendering & Business Development role involves handling tenders, preparing proposals, coordinating with clients and government departments, and supporting business development activities.

This role is suitable for someone who is confident, organised, willing to learn, comfortable interacting with clients, and able to handle multiple tasks responsibly.





Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities for engineering and management consulting services in India and international markets.
- Track consultancy opportunities published by Central Government, State Government departments, PSUs, Multilateral Funding Agencies (World Bank, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, European Investment Bank, KfW, GIZ, JICA, etc.), and private sector clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with government departments, utilities, renewable energy developers, EPC contractors, engineering firms, investors, consultants, and international agencies.
- Coordinate with international partners for joint ventures, consortium formation, and strategic collaborations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate consulting solutions.
