We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer coordination, billing,
skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and share quotations with clients as per requirements.
- Process billing and maintain accurate records of invoices.
- Arrange and coordinate transportation/logistics for customer orders.
- Follow up with clients for timely payments and maintain outstanding records.
- Address basic customer inquiries and provide updates regarding orders and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics) for smooth order execution.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- B.Sc in Maths (required)
