Job Title: Social Media Executive
Location: Mohali, Punjab (Phase 9, Industrial Area)

Job Type: Full-Time (In office)

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers and Video Editors for creatives and reels.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor daily engagement, comments, messages, and respond promptly.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Track social media trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest creative ideas for reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams for promotional activities.




- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Manage influencer collaborations and online community engagement when required.
- Assist in planning and executing online events, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with video content, reels, and short-form content trends.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid social media campaigns.
- Strong creativity, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,992.62 - ₹25,711.48 per month
